General Building Repairs.
We Provide Roofing / Joinery / general repairs for our clients and we are NHBC registered as we work for housing associations.

Gas
both of our offices directly employ fully qualified Corgi trained engineers and our services include :- landlord safety inspections and general service work. We have carried out with Reznor various installations for one of our clients on a national basis.

Electrical
We carry out both general electrical work as well as cat 5 installation works and telephone system works.

Air Conditioning
In conjunction with Daikin we offer the full range of Daikin products. From the domestic installation of an air conditioning unit in a conservatory to full VRV installations for an office block project. We provide the full "Turnkey" package which can include all building/decorating work associated with an air conditioning installation.
All our installations are serviced in accordance with Daikin recommendations and covered by a 5 year warranty on Daikin parts.

Ventilation
We provide a wide variety of installations from shop & toilet ventilation to specialist systems for the pharmaceuticals industry.
